Mr. Owl's Makeover

I discovered Mr. Owl at Value Village.  He had personality, but was a little rough around the edges.  Definely in need of a spring makeover.

So a quick coat of paint (Folkart 465 Sky Blue) and he is much improved and ready to greet the season.
